Automatic built-in engine for Standard Operating Procedures and PDAs
Unique Fire has an exceptional built-in intelligent engine that continuously analyses the event data to propose not only pre-determined attendance (PDA), but any kind of semi-automatic procedures to the operator. This speeds up activities and ensures that the intervention is carried out effectively and accurately. Any action can become part of the operating procedures managed by Unique Fire, from suggesting vehicles and equipment (PDA) to opening documents, from showing points of interest on the map to activating guided checklists.
Decision support and error checking tools
During all phases of event management, Unique Fire facilitates the operator’s work through decision support functions such as the verification of duplicate events, the search for pre-existing information, the suggestion of available data for people, places, and points of interest. For example, thanks to an exclusive information box design, aspects such as the coincidence of several cases in the same area or the proximity of points of interest (e.g. chemical risk areas) are highlighted.
Custom assessment protocols
Unique Fire includes a module for creating custom question and answer sequences that can be used for case assessment and interviewing people over the phone. The protocols created with Unique Fire are always navigable back and forth during the interview.

The built-in map module expands the common approach to tactical maps. Unique Fire’s EML technology – an exclusive feature on the market – turns any smartphone into an outpost of your Control Room. You can track the movements of any operator or volunteer via a simple SMS and use the camera of his mobile phone (or of the phone of a common citizen) to assess the gravity of the event and the monitor the actions taken first-hand, even before specific communication devices are sent to the area.

Multidisciplinary vocation: case sharing and process control
